Return & Exchange Policy

Please be attention that any items purchased on the www.surewaystore.com website can be returned unused up to 30 days from the date of purchase, we do not accept returns for custom waders, dirty, damaged or worn products. If received in any of these conditions, item(s) will be returned. Please include all original tags and packaging.We will start the return process within two business days once receive the information. And we will refund you within one business day once get your return tracking number. Money will be return back to your account within 7-15days after we agreed.

For exchanges: please email  support@surewaystore.com within 30 days from the date of purchase .We will start the exchang process within two business days once receive the information. Items must be in their original packaging.

If you purchased the item at one of our authorized dealers, please contact that dealer to process the rturn & exchang.

To process a rturn & exchang for an item that was purchased on surewaystore.com, please send us an email at support@surewaystore.com. Include a description of the problem and reference your order number in the email. Once the return request is approved, you’ll be given the rturn & exchange shipping address. 

If the  rturn & exchange is caused by the customer, the customer should be responsible for the shipping fee. If it's our reason, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the customer is not required to bear the shipping fee and no restocking fee need to be charged for the return of the product.

IF A PURCHASE WAS DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT

If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please send us an email at support@surewaystore.com.

LIMITED WARRANTY POLICIES

Surewaystore will provide a warranty for defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. In the event of a defect, Surewaystore will provide repair or replace the defective without charge, or refund the price you have paid. Products that have been repaired or replaced are warranted only for the remainder of the unexpired portion of the warranty period.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

Definition of a defective product: A Defective Product is an imperfection in a product that has a manufacturing or design defect

Examples of what is not considered defective

  1. Worn stitching, worn soles or frayed webbing due to normal wear
  2. Damage that is a result from misuse, normal wear and tear or damage occurred during storage
  3. Broken or damaged laces, lace retention devices and worn soles
  4. Product acquired from aftermarket sources such as online auction sites, liquidators, consignment shops, private sellers and salesman samples
  5. Improper fit. Fit is the responsibility of the owner and should be assured within return window
  6. Comfort issues
