If received in any of these conditions, item(s) will be returned. Please include all original tags and packaging.We will start the return process within two business days once receive the information. And we will refund you within one business day once get your return tracking number. Money will be return back to your account within 7-15days after we agreed.

For exchanges: please email  support@surewaystore.com within 30 days from the date of purchase .We will start the exchang process within two business days once receive the information. Items must be in their original packaging.

If you purchased the item at one of our authorized dealers, please contact that dealer to process the rturn & exchang.

To process a rturn & exchang for an item that was purchased on surewaystore.com, please send us an email at support@surewaystore.com. Include a description of the problem and reference your order number in the email. Once the return request is approved, you’ll be given the rturn & exchange shipping address.

  4. Product acquired from aftermarket sources such as online auction sites, liquidators, consignment shops, private sellers and salesman samples
  5. Improper fit. Fit is the responsibility of the owner and should be assured within return window
